Milan is a Computer Engineer from R. K. College of Engineering & Technology (Rajkot) with 15 years of hands-on work in ERP — implementing, customizing, and building from scratch.
Before starting Apical Software in 2015, he spent 4 years implementing ERPs for Gujarat manufacturers and traders — gathering requirements, writing SQL, developing Crystal Reports, training shop-floor staff, and watching the same patterns repeat across every plant.
That recurring observation became Apical's thesis: Indian manufacturers don't need more ERP features — they need fewer ones that actually match their workflow.
